Within this park there is a 9 hole municipal golf course, a 36 hole frisbee golf course, a skatepark and many playgrounds. As a take my son here quite often, I recently noticed that the city sells advertising on plaques at each individual hole. Ranging from Heavenly ski rental shops to local burger spots, many area businesses get the word out about their services. As usual, at about 3PM, it starts to dump rain as I stroll back towards my residence. I see golfers hiding underneath trees to avoid being soaked. I also notice that the entire face of Heavenly Ski Resort is completely melted. My mind drifts and I think of all the scavengers that will comb the ski resort to retrieve everything from lost sunglasses and glove to cash and Heavenly Ski Rentals.
