Snow Gods Have Answered

After a long period of warm weather the conditions on the mountain had started to deteriorate but that’s all behind us now! Several inches of snow in the last few days have made it seem like December again. I was so stoked for all this new weather I went to a local Telluride ski shop and took out some wider skis. It may be late March but you got to ski what the conditions call for. I went with a Rossignol Phantom 80 to keep me on top of the fresh stuff. It’s soft enough to be forgiving when it gets choppy but has a wood core and vertical sidewalls to stay stable on groomers as well. Hope all the other resorts are getting hit as hard as we are, see you out there!
