Christmas came and went, now South Lake Tahoe is gearing up for a great New Years celebration. The town is swarming with tourists and the mountains are covered with plenty of the white stuff, so it’s time to ring in the new year and welcome a fresh decade. The forecast for this week is looking good, so get those ski and snowboard rentals waxed and ready for Heavenly Ski Resort. Stateline, NV is preparing for a serious celebration. Montbleau Casino is hosting a variety of parties, as well as Harrah’s and Harvey’s Casinos. With so much to do, one is posed with the question of which parties to attend? If you are looking for a crazy time, one could just head down to the State-line and join all of the revelers in the streets. As for me, I am going to have a few folks over to my house for an old-fashioned BBQ and some drinks. Whatever you may choose, be safe, have fun, and Happy New Year!
