It’s Snowing In Park City

January 5, 2009

The conditions keep getting better and better as December progresses. It dumped soft snow around Christmas and the forecast is showing more snow for the next of couple days and cold temperatures for the next week. Right now Park City has a base depth of 53″, 15 lifts open, and 103 trails open. Deer Valley has a base depth of 58″. The Canyons has a base depth of 58″ with 17 lifts open and 146 trails open. Visibility hasn’t been too terrific, but that just scares away the masses. Low-light goggle lenses are ideal for riding in these conditions. Enjoy the soft stuff!
